1 Little Neck Way

On Nantucket's west end, in the enclave of Little Neck Way, surrounded by Land Bank and Nantucket Conservation Foundation property, 1 Little Neck Way offers ultimate privacy alongside one of the island's most special natural settings. A fisherman's paradise with access to a full-service marina and some of Nantucket's most interesting wildlife habitat — walking trails, bird watching, beach access, and shellfishing all just beyond the door. Near the beginning of a short gravel lane, the property looks due west, one of the only locations on the entire east coast where you can watch the sun drop directly into the water each evening. Arriving here, the cares wash away. Summer roses and Rosa rugosa fill the air with the scent of a nostalgic day gone by. Outstanding views unfold across the quintessential mooring field, with boat access just steps down the wooden walkway and Tuckernuck Island hovering in the distance. There is a spot to clean the day's catch, shorebirds wandering by, and kids digging for memories that last a lifetime. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are spread across two floors, with a den that lives easily as an additional sleeping space, a screened dining porch, and a sweeping wraparound deck that puts it all on full display.
