Jo-Ellen's passion for real estate spans three decades. Since entering the industry in 2013, she has developed two subdivisions in Amherst and Chester, NH, and created the Village at Oakwood — a 55+ community in Derry whose 30 homes sold out within two years. She's now building single-family homes at Colby Farms in Chester, and lives in one of the condos she and her husband built.
